HSA 526 HEALTH CARE MARKETING

3.0 graduate credits

The course will introduce the student to areas of understanding the nature and scope of marketing in a health care setting. It is designed to relate to a systematic way of providing the cornerstones of marketing framework, viewpoint, and definition. Discussions will focus on consumerism - what it is, how to respond to it, and how to monitor the effects of implemented plans. And finally, to assist participants in understanding the component parts of marketing, and how these parts should interrelate to maximize output.
