Undergraduate Students:

Make an appointment with your advisor to build your 'first choice' schedule, along with alternate courses in case any problems arise, from the Master Schedule of courses

Complete all information on the Registration Form

Check the course information including the CRN for your selected courses

Obtain the appropriate signature: students who have been formally admitted to a Baccalaureate program need their Advisor or department chairperson. All other students contact the Registrar's Office.

Class of 2008 (August graduation anticipated)

March 25 or after

Class of 2009

March 26 or after

Class of 2010, 2011, 2012, UN

March 27 or after

All other undergraduate students

If it is on or after April 24, 2008 take the form to the Cashier's Office, LAC 87 for financial clearance;

Any outstanding financial obligations must be met before your registration can be processed; questions can be directed to the Cashier's Office

Process your registration using WEB REGISTRATION or bring it to the Academic Records Office, LAC 90.

If your 'first choice' is closed, you may choose another section of the same course or use one of your alternates

Print a copy of your schedule from the STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM.

Schedule changes processed on the WEB are free of charge

Graduate Students:

Complete all information on the Registration Form

Make an appointment with your advisor to build your 'first choice' schedule, along with alternate courses in case any problems arise, from the Master Schedule of courses

Obtain the appropriate signature. Students who have been formally admitted to pursue a graduate degree, Marywood certificate or certification program need to obtain the signature of the Advisor/Chairperson in the department and may use the Web Registration System. All other students must obtain a signature from the Office of Retention and Advising located in th Liberal Arts Center, Room 223.

Invoices will be mailed. If you register on or after this date, full payment is required at registration

05/07/08

Invoice due date for Summer I 2008. Registration will be canceled if payment arrangements have not been made.

In-person registration until 6:00p.m.

Problems: If you are registering by WEB and by-pass any of the steps above, it will take time to process your registration. In the meantime, other students are filling up classes ahead of you. Student who do not use the Web Registration System are responsible for presenting their registration forms, add-drop forms, withdrawal forms, etc., to the Academic Records Office by specified dates. The date a form is received is the official date of the transaction.

Your schedule and bill will be mailed the end of April.
