A didactic study of the profession and practice of nutrition and dietetics, indlucing the roles of dietitians and other health members in patient care and the nutritional care process. Classroom and simulated experience in nutritional assessment, interviewing, implementing nutritional care and documentation in medical records. Prerequisite: N D 112.
