Based upon knowledge, values and skills acquired in the foundation, these courses emphasize advanced skills of administration, including the utilization of the dynamics of organizational behavior, applica tion of management techniques, and engagement in program planning, implementation and evaluation. These skills are employed with sensitivity to cultural, societal and community influences and attention to social work values and ethics. Administrative respons es to issues of social and economic justice are considered on the basis of ecological assessment and implemented through research- based practice design. This is accomplished through sixteen hours per week of practicum experience under the supervision of an MSW practicum instructor. These courses are taken concurrently with SW 531 and SW 532.
