SW 705 SOCIAL WORK THESIS

3.0 Graduate credits

This is the elective component of the research sequence. It is recommended especially for those students who are likely to pursue doctoral level education in the future. This course is designed to strengthen the student's overall research knowledge and skills through the implementation and presentation of individual research projects related to practice issues. The course offers students the opportunity to refine and implement a research proposal (designed prior to admission to this course). The course offers support and expertise as students implement their research designs and analyze resulting data. Students expand upon statistical knowledge through the use of appropriate advanced statistical analysis, especially in the area of multivariate analysis.
