Presents an introduction to Mendelian Inheritance, sex linkage, chromosome aberrations, etc., DNA and RNA technology, molecular genetics and bio-chemical genetics. Involves three hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory. . Prerequisites: BIOL 150,150L;151,151L;435,435L; CHEM 131, 131L; 132, 132L. Science majors. (alternate years).
