The course will provide students with an understanding of why people invest and how they make their investment choices, such as asset valuation, asset selection, portfolio structuring and valuation. An understanding of risk and return relationships and the vast opportunities in global investments, including derivatives, and practical application of portfolio management and investment planning are a part of the course. Prerequisite: BUS 321 and MATH 216.
