BUS 422 PERSONNEL/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Examines the changing responsibilities of a personnel/human resource manager within organizations; addresses human and interorganizational behavior. Covers recruitment, selection, training and development of employees. Also discusses reward systems and compensation methods as well as preserving health and safety in the work place. Prerequisite: BUS 121
