CHEM 312 ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY

3.0 Undergraduate credits

Presents chemical theories of aquatic and atmospheric chemistry, chemical cycles and properties of pollutants and hazardous wastes. An introduction to toxological chemistry. Three hours lecture/demonstration in a laboratory setting. Prerequisites: CHEM 131,131L; 132,132L. Environmental Science, Biology, Science Education majors.
