The course explores the issues of mental health service delivery to culturally distinct clients. This course will focus on ethnicity, gender and other salient personal characteristics and the effects of these elements on the counseling process and outcome. Skill development will include a more flexible frame of reference for relating to and dealing with diverse clients and their cultural traditions, values and styles. p>
