Clinical practice in hearing testing and in the management of children and adults who have a hearing impairment or are deaf. Experience includes use of amplification, speech reading, American Sign Language, assistive listening devices, and auditory training techniques. Students must accrue a minimum of 20 clinical clock hours to meet ASHA certification requirements. Prerequisite: CSD 509.
