A Management Project/Internship is required to increase knowledge and skills in theoretical application. The student, upon completion of course work, must do either a research oriented management project or an internship. A student must consult his/her mentor early in the program to determine the administrative project or internship to pursue. The objective is to develop research skills, skills in improving organizational effectiveness, and in the development of leadership potential including stimulating creativity and interpersonal and communication skill development.
