In-depth experiential course emphasizing nutrition care services in acute and long-term care facilities. Includes the roles of dietitians in patient care, practitioner skills in patient/client interviewing and therapeutic approaches in treating disease. Staff relief component allows for practice as an entry-level practitioner.
