This course will present the concepts, techniques and applications of program assessment and evaluation in public and nonprofit organ izations. The course will inlcude topics such as the role of pro gram assessment and evaluation, methodologies, operational and ethical issues of program assessment and evaluation as practiced in public and nonprofit organizations.
