Lost Your PIN?

If you need to get an additional copy of your PIN, you may do so by submitting a signed request to the Office of Academic Records, along with proof of a photo identification source (your driver’s license, Marywood ID card, etc.) You may do this by:

1. Visiting the Office of Academic Records

You may visit the Office of Academic Records, in person, and submit a signed request for your PIN. This request must be accompanied by a photo source of identification (your driver’s license, Marywood ID card, etc.)

2. Faxing us your request

If you have access to a fax machine, you may fax us your signed request for PIN information, accompanied by your photo identification. Our fax number is (570) 961-4758. We will then return fax or mail your PIN information to you, whichever you prefer.

2. Mailing us your request

You may mail us your signed request, accompanied by your photo identification source to:
